As the in house recruiter for Tri-State Memorial Hospital in Clarkston, Washington, I had the opportunity to work with Steven Baughn. I received random calls weekly from many recruiters and quickly learned that Steven was someone I knew I could work with. He listened to what our needs were and the candidates he presented were solid and qualified.
